What Made This the One That Sold a Million

Two motors doing different jobs. The shaft held a row of metal beads that rotated inside the clear jelly, and the rotation reversed – three speeds each way – so the sensation changed direction rather than just getting faster. On top sat a bunny with two ears set against the clitoris, flickering on its own three-speed circuit. You ran them together or you ran one at a time, and one touch started the whole thing. The Numbers

10″ in total length with 5.5″ insertable and 1.5″ across the shaft – a real presence without being a project. The shaft and the rabbit were phthalate-free PVC with an ABS base, and the whole thing ran on 3 AA batteries loaded through a case that twisted into the bottom. Batteries were never included, which caught a few people out on delivery day.

Waterproof, Properly

Not splash-resistant – fully waterproof, in and out of the water. The battery cap sealed by twisting shut, which is why it could go in the bath, the shower or a hot tub and be washed under a running tap afterwards. Caring for a Jelly Toy

PVC jelly is porous, which is worth stating plainly if you still own one. It cannot be fully sterilized, so wash it before and after every use with warm soapy water or a toy cleaner, dry it completely, and store it on its own rather than touching other toys. Use water-based lube only – silicone and oil both degrade PVC. Take the batteries out before it goes away, and use a condom over it if you are sharing between partners.
