SpicyGear.com is for adults 18 and older. If you are under 18, you may not use this site, even with a parent’s or guardian’s permission. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we learn we have.
02What We Collect
Information you give us: your name, shipping and billing address, email address, and phone number when you place an order, create an account, contact us, or sign up for emails.
Payment information: card payments are processed by WooPayments (powered by Stripe) and PayPal. Your card number goes directly to them over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, and similar technical data, collected through cookies and similar tools.

05Packaging & Billing
Orders ship in plain packaging with no product names or adult-store branding on the outside. Charges appear on your statement under a discreet billing name, not a description of what you bought.
06Cookies, Analytics & Advertising
We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and keep you signed in. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and Google advertising tags to measure whether our Google listings lead to sales. These tools collect data such as pages viewed and device information through cookies.

We send order confirmations and shipping updates for every order. We may also send promotions and a request to review your purchase. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can contact us and we will remove you. We may receive a notice when you open an email or click a link in it, which helps us improve our emails.

Every page on our site is encrypted with TLS (the padlock in your browser), and payment details are handled by PCI-compliant payment processors. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
