Return Policy

Any item designed to come into contact with your body or bodily fluids cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, unless it is defective. This is for the health and safety of every customer we serve.

This includes, but is not limited to: vibrators and dildos, douche and enema kits, anal toys, beads and plugs, cock and ball devices, cock rings and sleeves, gags and ropes, and lingerie and men’s wear. Lubes, massage oils, condoms, and body paints are also non-returnable once opened.

We never resell opened goods. Ever. You would not want a toy someone else sent back, and we will never ship you one.

Changed your mind on a factory-sealed, unopened item? You may return it within 30 days of purchase. Unopened returns carry a 35% restocking and destruction fee, because adult products cannot simply go back on a shelf the way ordinary goods can.

Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm your return and give you the correct address.

If a powered toy arrives not working, we will replace it with an identical working product, free, within 30 days of your purchase date, once the defective item is returned to us.

Reach out to us first – most “dead” toys turn out to be a travel lock, a charging quirk, or a battery direction, and a real person can usually get you running in one text message.

If we make a mistake and ship you the wrong product, we fix it fast and at our expense. We will promptly send the correct item, and if we need the mistake product back, we cover that shipping too.

Every international order is tested working before it ships. For international orders, we offer replacement only on toys not covered by a manufacturer warranty, within 30 days of the delivery date.

Can I return a sex toy after opening it?

No. For health and safety, opened items that contact the body are non-returnable unless they are defective. Defective powered toys are replaced free within 30 days of purchase.

What if my toy arrives broken or dead on arrival?

Contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will replace it with an identical working product at no cost once the defective item is returned.

Is there a restocking fee on returns?

Unopened, factory-sealed items returned within 30 days carry a 35% restocking and destruction fee. Opened items cannot be returned.
