Fisting Toys, Fisting Lube & Fisting Creams
Fisting is about patience, trust and a lot of glide – and this collection covers every part of it. Start with a realistic hand dildo shaped like a fist forming for entry, go all in with a clawed fantasy fist, or slip on a fingerless fisting sleeve that cushions the knuckles for your partner. Then stock up on the part that matters most: thick fisting lube and slick fisting creams made to hold up through long, slow stretching sessions.
Water-based gels like Fist It Extra Thick are toy-safe and rinse clean. Oil-based creams like Tom of Finland and Invade last the longest for hand play. If you’re building up to it, our anal trainer kits are the place to start.

How to Choose Your Fisting Gear
There are three kinds of gear here, and most people end up with a little of each.
- Fist dildos - a realistic or fantasy hand to practice on, solo or with a partner. The Stuffer keeps its fingers grouped and tapered for a gradual first stretch at 2.9" wide. The Raptor Claw is premium silicone, 3.3" across the knuckles, and is strictly for experienced players. Both have suction bases for hands-free riding.
- Fisting sleeves - worn by the giver. The FFister is a long, fingerless sleeve with padded knuckles, so nails stay out of play and every pass is softer for the receiver.
- Fisting lube and creams - the non-negotiable part. Thicker than everyday lube, so it stays put and keeps its glide.
Water-Based vs Oil-Based Fisting Lube
This is the choice that matters most, and it comes down to what's touching what.
- Water-based gels (Fist It Extra Thick, Fist It Anal Relaxer) are safe with every toy material and with latex condoms and gloves. They clean up with plain water. They can dry out over a long session, so keep the jar close and reapply.
- Oil-based creams (Tom of Finland Fisting Formula, Invade, Creature Cocks Fisting Cream) are the slickest and longest-lasting option for hand play. Oils break down latex, so skip them with condoms and latex gloves, and keep them off PVC, TPE and jelly toys.
Rule of thumb: if a toy or a glove is involved, go water-based. For hands only, an oil-based cream gives the most glide for the least reapplying.
Getting Started Safely
Fisting is a slow build, not a single session. Work up over time with fingers, then larger plugs and toys. Trim and file nails smooth, use far more lube than you think you need, and let the receiver set the pace. Agree on a stop word before you start, check in often, and treat any sharp pain as a hard stop, not something to push through. Stopping halfway is a perfectly good session.
Care & Cleanup
Wash toys and sleeves before and after every use with warm water and mild soap, then finish with a toy cleaner and let them dry completely. Silicone toys pair with water-based lube only. PVC and TPE are porous, so store them on their own and use a condom over a toy you share. Oil-based creams rinse off best with warm, soapy water, and they can mark sheets, so put a towel down first.

Fisting FAQs
What is the best lube for fisting?
A thick lube made for it. Water-based fisting gels like Fist It Extra Thick are safe with toys, condoms and gloves. Oil-based fisting creams last longest for hand-only play but shouldn't be used with latex or with PVC, TPE or jelly toys.
What's the difference between a fisting dildo and a regular dildo?
A fisting dildo is shaped like a hand or fist - narrow at the fingertips and widest at the knuckles - so it trains the specific stretch fisting needs. Most are much wider than a standard dildo.
How do I get started with fisting?
Slowly, over weeks rather than one night. Build up with fingers and progressively larger toys, use a generous amount of thick lube, keep nails short and smooth, agree on a stop word, and let the receiver control the pace.
Are numbing fisting creams safe?
Used carefully, yes, but numbing dulls the pain that warns you to slow down. Use a small amount, go slower than usual, and stop at any sharp pain.
What is a fisting sleeve?
A long, glove-like sleeve the giver wears over the hand and forearm. Fingerless sleeves like the FFister keep nails out of play and pad the knuckles for the receiver.
Is shipping discreet?
Always. Plain unmarked box, neutral return address and discreet billing. We've shipped this way since 1996 and have never sold a customer's name.
