Why some items don’t take promo codes

Some brands sell to us at a fixed price with no room to discount, and on many of them we’re already priced below what other stores charge. To keep those prices low every day, promo codes don’t apply to them. Look for the “Promo codes don’t apply to this item” badge under the price.

Always excluded: Satisfyer, Lelo, Tenga, Magic Wand, Vedo, VixSkin (Vixen Creations), Oxballs and Aneros, plus selected items from other brands.

If your cart has a mix, your code still works on every eligible item. Excluded items are marked “Promo codes: Not eligible” in your cart.

Oversize items and free shipping

A few very heavy items, like dance poles and large machines, cost far more to ship than an ordinary package. These items ship at the actual USPS rate shown at checkout and are marked with an “Oversize” badge. If your order includes an oversize item, the whole order ships at the USPS rate shown at checkout instead of free shipping over $75.

Everything still ships the way it always has with us: discreet, plain packaging with no product names on the outside.
