How an Ovipositor Works
Every ovipositor is a hollow shaft with an open tip. Coat the eggs and the inside of the tunnel with plenty of water-based lube, load as many eggs as you want through the base, and insert the toy. As you play, the eggs slide down the tunnel and out of the tip, one by one. When you're ready, relax and gently bear down to push them back out. Take it slowly the first few times while you learn how your body responds.
Choosing Your Ovipositor
Start with length and egg count, then pick the texture that calls to you.
- Dragon Spawn: 6" insertable, 1.8" to 2.3" wide, 3 eggs. Carved dragon hide with whorls, ridges and soft spikes. The most approachable size and a natural first ovipositor.
- Larva: 7.6" insertable, 1.8" to 2.4" wide, 4 eggs. Bumps on one side, ribs on the other, so you can turn it to switch textures. Suction cup base.
- Galactic Breeder: 8.1" insertable, 1.5" to 2.4" wide, 4 eggs. Bulging, bumpy segments that roll over you one after another as it goes deeper.
- Deep Invader: 10.4" insertable, 1.8" to 2.5" wide, 5 eggs. A suckered alien tentacle built for depth play, and the longest ovipositor we carry. Suction cup base.
Egg Play Safety and Care
- Use only the eggs that came with your toy. They're sized for its tunnel and made from the same body-safe silicone.
- Water-based lube only. Silicone lube can break down silicone toys and eggs.
- Eggs are for vaginal use only. The manufacturer warns against inserting them anally.
- Count your eggs before and after every session. If one ever feels stuck, change position, relax and bear down gently. If it still won't come out, call your doctor.
- Clean everything after play. Wash the shaft, the inside of the tunnel and each egg with warm water and mild soap, finish with a sex toy cleaner, and let it all dry completely before storing.
