Penis Sleeves & Extenders
A penis sleeve slides over the penis and changes what a partner feels – more girth, more length, more texture, or all three at once. Some are solid and worn like a sheath; others are hollow and hold their own shape. They’re one of the few toys that work on both people simultaneously, which is why they turn up in couples’ drawers far more often than the name suggests.
Our range runs from a subtle half-inch of added girth through to extensions that add several inches of length, in silicone, TPE and TPR, with and without vibration. Sizing and fit guidance is below the grid – and fit is what decides whether you love one of these or leave it in a drawer, so it’s worth two minutes before you pick.

How to Choose a Penis Sleeve
Four decisions cover almost everything in this category. Get these right and the rest is preference.
Girth, Length, or Both
Girth sleeves add width without adding reach - usually a quarter-inch to an inch of extra diameter, which is the change most partners actually register. Extenders add length at the tip, typically one to three inches, and a few go considerably further. Combination sleeves do both. If you're undecided, start with girth: extra width is easier to take than extra depth, and it's the more common reason people buy one in the first place.
Solid or Hollow
A solid sleeve fits snugly over the shaft and passes sensation through the material - you feel a muted version of everything. A hollow sleeve has open space at the tip, so it holds its shape independently of what's inside it. Hollow styles are more forgiving about fit and are what most length extenders use; solid styles feel closer to skin and stay put more easily.
Material
Silicone is non-porous, easy to clean thoroughly, and holds its shape well. TPE and TPR are softer, stretchier and usually cheaper, with a more skin-like give, but they're porous and need replacing sooner. All three take water-based lube only - silicone lubricant degrades a silicone sleeve, and oil-based lube ruins all three.
Staying Put
Slippage is the single most common complaint about sleeves, and it's almost always a sizing problem. Size down rather than up - one that's slightly snug stays where you put it, while a loose one works free at the worst possible moment. Look for a ball strap or base loop if you want it properly anchored, and a cock ring at the base is the standard fix for a hollow sleeve that won't stay on.
Using One With a Partner
Talk about it first. A sleeve changes the experience for the receiving partner considerably more than it does for the wearer, so it lands better as a shared decision than as a surprise. Go slower than usual on the first outing - added girth needs more warm-up and more lube than you'd expect, and added length means you'll reach further than either of you is used to. Stop and adjust if anything feels sharp or uncomfortable for either person. If you're shopping as a pair, the rest of our couples toys are worth a look alongside these.
Care and Cleaning
Wash with warm water and a toy cleaner before and after every use, inside and out - the inside is the part people forget, and it's the part that matters. Dry completely before storing, and keep silicone sleeves from resting against other silicone toys in the drawer. Replace a TPE or TPR sleeve once the surface starts to feel tacky or look cloudy; porous materials don't clean up forever.

Penis Sleeve FAQs
What is a penis sleeve?
A sheath worn over the penis that adds girth, length, texture, or a combination of the three. Some are solid and pass sensation through the material; others are hollow and hold their own shape.
What's the difference between a sleeve and an extender?
The terms overlap in practice. A sleeve usually means added girth and texture at roughly your own length, while an extender adds measurable length at the tip. Plenty of products do both, and manufacturers use the words interchangeably.
How much girth should I add?
Less than you think. A quarter-inch to an inch of added diameter is noticeable for the receiving partner without being difficult to take. Jumping straight to the largest option in the range is the usual first-purchase mistake.
What lube should I use?
Water-based only. Silicone lubricant degrades silicone sleeves, and oil-based lubricant damages silicone, TPE and TPR alike. Use it generously inside the sleeve as well as outside - most discomfort comes from too little on the inside.
How do I stop it slipping off?
Size down rather than up, choose a style with a ball strap or base loop, and use a cock ring at the base to anchor a hollow sleeve. Too much lube on the inside will also let one work loose.
