01Order Cutoff & Processing
- Orders placed by 12:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM ship the next business day, so U.S. orders ship within 24 business hours.
- We don’t ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday ship Monday.
- International orders take 1 extra business day so we can verify them before shipping.
- You’ll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
02Free Shipping Over $75
Orders with a cart subtotal of $75 or more, after coupon codes are applied, ship free via USPS Ground Advantage to any U.S. address, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO military addresses. Just choose Free Shipping at checkout. Every free shipping order is fully tracked.
A few oversized items, like dance poles and sex swings, ship at the live USPS rate even on orders over $75. They’re clearly marked on the product page and in your cart.
Orders under $75 ship at the live USPS rate for your address and order weight, shown at checkout before you pay. Free shipping applies to U.S. addresses only.
03APO/FPO & U.S. Territories
We proudly ship to APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses through USPS, with live rates at checkout and free shipping on orders over $75. We also ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories. Thank you for your service.
04International Shipping
We ship to most countries through USPS International. Rates are calculated live at checkout based on your country and order weight.
- USPS Priority Mail Express International: about 3-5 business days. Our fastest and most reliable option.
- USPS Priority Mail International: about 6-10 business days, with tracking to major destinations.
- USPS First-Class Package International: times vary. Canada and the UK are usually 10-14 days; other countries can take up to 30 days.
Before you order internationally, please know:
- Orders must ship to the cardholder’s billing address and are verified before shipping.
- You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees charged by your country. Customs may hold your package until they’re paid.
- Packages ship in a plain box, and customs forms describe the contents discreetly and accurately, as required by law.
- Final delivery is handled by your country’s postal service. We can’t guarantee a delivery date, and orders can’t be rerouted, recalled, or changed after they ship.
- We are not responsible for delays, customs holds, loss, or damage once a package leaves the United States, and there are no refunds on refused, returned, or undeliverable international orders.
- Please know the laws of your country before ordering. If your country’s postal service is unreliable, please don’t order.
- We do not ship to some countries. If yours isn’t available at checkout, we can’t ship there.

05Tips for a Smooth Delivery
- Please double-check your address. Packages returned as undeliverable can take up to 14 days to come back to us, and reshipping is charged at the current rate.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
- Delivery times are USPS estimates after your order ships and aren’t guaranteed. Transit times don’t include Sundays or major holidays.
- Some products can’t be shipped to certain states or countries. If there’s ever an issue with your order, we’ll contact you before it ships.
