30 Day Return Policy

Due to the nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products that have been opened unless defective. This is for the health, safety and protection of our customers.

Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable they have been opened.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Vibrators And Dildos
• Douche/Enema Kits
• Anal Toys, Beads And Plugs
• Cock And Ball Devices, Cock Rings And Cock Sleeves
• Gags And Ropes
• Lingerie And Men’s Wear

Lubes, massage oils, condoms, and body paints are also not returnable once opened. Remember, these are INTIMATE products and we live in a world filled with sick perverts. This policy is for our customer’s safety and ours. 

In the event that you return an unopened product, there will be a 35% Restocking/Destruction fee. We do NOT Resell opened goods or any adult toys. 

If a non working (defective) product is received – It maybe Returned within 30 Days from date of purchase for a Free Replacement.

Most issues can be resolved by contacting our customer service, however in the event that a product is received and dead on arrival, we will promptly reship an identical working product upon return of the defective product. This only applies to items that are powered (Vibrating) and not for any non vibrating (motorized) product. 

Shipping Error

In the event we make a mistake and ship you the wrong product, we will promptly fix the issue and reship out the correct product. We may request that the mistake product be shipped back to us at our expense. 

 

For Orders Shipped Outside of The United States

All orders shipped outside of the USA are tested to be working before shipment, We only offer replacement on toys that are NOT Covered by Manufacture Warranty for 30 days after the Delivery Date.
