Store Information
The Boring Pages, Done Right.
What started as a brick-and-mortar shop in 1996 is run today by a real married couple. Every policy below is written in plain English, and a real person stands behind each one. Pick what you need.
1Find What You Need
2The Short Version of Everything
Discreet shipping: every order arrives in a completely plain box with a return label that reads “Shipping Department.” Your neighbors and your mail carrier learn nothing.
Discreet billing: your card statement shows “SPG1.ORG 615-696-9140” – no mention of SpicyGear or what you bought.
Your privacy: we have never shared, sold, traded, or rented a customer’s information since 1996, and we never will. No junk mail, no explicit catalogs showing up unannounced.
Secure checkout: every transaction is fully encrypted, and payments are processed by WooPayments and PayPal – your card details never touch our servers.
Can’t Find It?
Ask us anything. A real person answers, usually the same day.
