Black Teardrops, Off in a Second
Non-piercing nipple jewelry has to hold position somehow, and this set does it with a cinch – a soft silicone loop that tightens around the base of the nipple, with a slider that sets how snug it sits. The manufacturer calls it a cinch design, and it is the gentlest mechanism in this category because you genuinely can dial it from barely-there to firm.
Which makes it the sensible way into nipple jewelry. A sprung ring grips as hard as it grips. This one grips as hard as you tell it to.
This is the onyx option – black faceted teardrops. The crystal version of this design is no longer available in the shorter length, so if you want clear drops instead, the crystal teardrop set is the one to look at – same cinch mechanism, half an inch longer.

How the Cinch Works
Slip the loop over the nipple while you are aroused – the nipple is more prominent and the loop seats far more easily. Then draw the slider down until it holds without pinching. Done right it stays put through normal movement without you thinking about it.
The common mistake is fitting it on a relaxed nipple and setting it snug. Ten minutes later it is too tight. Fit it aroused, then leave a little room.
Silicone Against the Skin
The part that actually touches you is silicone, not metal, which is the practical difference between a cinch set and a sprung ring. Silicone warms to body temperature in a minute or two and does not have an edge to it. The metalwork is nickel-free iron, which matters because nickel is the most common contact allergy in jewelry and the nipple is a poor place to find out you have one.
Slip Into It
The first surprise is how little it takes. You set the slider lower than you expect and it still holds, and then you spend the next few minutes aware of exactly where it is. Nothing about it is dramatic – it is a steady, specific pressure with something that catches the light hanging off it, and the awareness builds rather than fades. Then one pull and it is gone, which is the part no piercing can offer.

Questions
How does it stay on without a piercing? A soft silicone loop cinches around the base of the nipple and a slider sets the tension. There is no bar through anything – it holds by gentle, adjustable pressure.
How adjustable is it really? Fully, per the manufacturer. The slider covers a genuine range from barely-there to firm, which is the main reason to choose a cinch over a sprung ring.
How long can I wear it? Five minutes on a first wear. Once you know how it feels, a loosely set cinch is comfortable for twenty to thirty minutes. It is not designed for all-day wear, because the pressure that holds it on also restricts circulation.
What is it made of? Nickel-free iron for the chain and beads, silicone for the loops that touch you, and a faceted onyx teardrop drop on each side. The manufacturer states it is non-tarnishing, nickel-free and phthalate free.
Will it show under clothing? The adornments hang below the nipple, so under a thin top there is something to see. That is usually the point, but worth knowing before you wear it out.
