Six Weights, One Purchase
Most kegel sets give you one weight and leave you to either cope with it or outgrow it. This is a six-ball progressive kit instead – three weights, two of each, which the manufacturer says can be used singly or in pairs for nine possible combinations in total.
That matters more than it sounds. Pelvic floor training follows the same logic as any other strength work: you start at a weight you can actually hold through a full set, and you move up when it stops being work. One kit covers that whole progression.
The Weights, As Published
- Light purple – 0.6 oz each
- Medium purple – 1.3 oz each
- Dark purple – 1.8 oz each
Two balls of each weight. The manufacturer’s own size chart gives the assembled set as 6.25″ in total length with 3.25″ insertable and 1.25″ across.
The Holder Does the Work
The balls themselves are weighted inserts inside smooth white silicone shells. Those sit in a silicone holder that lines up one or two of them and finishes in a curved retrieval loop that stays outside – which is what makes the nine combinations practical rather than theoretical. You are not inserting loose balls and hoping; you load the holder with whichever weight you are working at and the loop handles removal.
Platinum-Cured Silicone
The manufacturer describes the material as platinum-cured silicone with a satin-smooth finish, and states it contains no fragrances, phthalates, paraffins or latex. Silicone is the forgiving option for a first set – lighter than glass or steel at the same size, warm against the body quickly, and smooth enough that a very small amount of lubricant is all you need.
Where This Sits
This is the kit for someone who has decided to actually do this rather than try it once. If you want to find out whether you will stick with it before committing, a single light pair is the cheaper experiment. If you want weight and permanence, glass or steel go heavier for their size. This sits in the middle and covers the most ground.
Slip Into It
You start with the lightest pair because there is no prize for beginning heavy. The first set is strange rather than difficult – a small weight, a slow squeeze, a full release, ten times. By the second week you can feel the difference between gripping properly and faking it, and that feedback is the entire point. Somewhere around week five you reach for the medium pair and it is the first time this has felt like progress rather than homework.

Questions
How heavy are the balls? The manufacturer publishes three weights: 0.6 oz for the light purple pair, 1.3 oz for the medium, and 1.8 oz for the dark. Two of each, six in total.
What are they made of? Platinum-cured silicone with a satin-smooth finish, which the manufacturer states contains no fragrances, phthalates, paraffins or latex.
Which weight should I start with? The lightest pair. If a ball drops during a set it is too heavy, and you will train less rather than more. Move up when the current weight stops feeling like effort.
What lubricant can I use? Water-based only. Silicone lubricant degrades silicone over time. You need very little – too much and the ball will not stay in place.
Can these be used anally? No. These are for vaginal use only. Loose balls with no retrieval cord and no flared base must never be used anally, because the rectum is not a closed space.
